- Take a taxi from MTR University Station, Exit B, to Ma Liu Shui Ferry Pier for a kaito. The journey takes around 1.5 hours; or,

Grass Island does not have a direct connection from Sai Kung Town. You can take the Red Minibus to the MTR, walk to the East Station, take the subway to University Station, then take the ferry to Tap Mun.
